Custom insole application is the process of producing orthopedic support products designed according to an individual's foot structure, pressure pattern, and specific needs. Custom Insole Application Process

1.   Foot Analysis: In the first step, static and/or dynamic foot analysis is performed to evaluate the individual's foot structure and pressure patterns. This analysis identifies pressure points, arch shape, and foot alignment.
2.   Measurement and Molding: Based on the data obtained from the foot analysis, custom measurements are taken for the individual's foot. This process can be done using 3D scanning or molding techniques.
3.   Insole Design: The measurement and analysis results guide the production of insoles specially designed according to the individual's needs. At this stage, the insole is shaped considering which areas of the foot require support or cushioning.
4.   Production: Custom insoles are produced using high-quality materials. Material selection is determined according to the user's lifestyle, activity level, and foot problems.
5.   Trial and Adjustments: The produced insoles are placed on the user's foot and tested, with adjustments made as needed. Comfort and supportive function of the insole are checked.
